Return & Refund Policy
Worry-free returns
We understand that sometimes clothes don't quite fit or you might change your mind, which is why we offer a simple and convenient returns policy.
Returns Period You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with the original tags attached.
Returns process
- Initiate a return: Contact our customer service via email at info@dress-impress.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Form and the instructions.
- Return Packaging: Pack the items you wish to return securely in their original packaging. Include the completed packing slip with the RETURN FORM clearly marked.
- Shipping: Send the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Who bears the return costs?
- We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrectly delivered item, damaged or defective product).
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns (e.g. size swap, change of mind).
Refunds
- Once we have received your returned items and verified that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refund processing time can take up to 14 days.
Exceptions
- We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered or without the original tags.
