Return & Refund Policy

Worry-free returns

We understand that sometimes clothes don't quite fit or you might change your mind, which is why we offer a simple and convenient returns policy.

Returns Period You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with the original tags attached.

Returns process

  1. Initiate a return: Contact our customer service via email at info@dress-impress.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Form and the instructions.
  2. Return Packaging: Pack the items you wish to return securely in their original packaging. Include the completed packing slip with the RETURN FORM clearly marked.
  3. Shipping: Send the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Who bears the return costs?

  • We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrectly delivered item, damaged or defective product).
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns (e.g. size swap, change of mind).

Refunds

  • Once we have received your returned items and verified that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing time can take up to 14 days.

Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered or without the original tags.
